Mission Statement

   Sponsor-A-Family – St. Louis (SAF) is committed to the outreach and aid to individuals and families in need year round.  Through the use of various means both online and in direct connection with individuals, organizations and businesses, Committee Members and Volunteers seek to improve the lives of those who are suffering from financial hardship or immediate crises by providing gently used necessities for home and family.

     SAF serves the St. Louis region, and through the monthly sponsorship program, more than 12 families/individuals will be served throughout the first 10 months of the year with a larger pool of families during the Holiday Season.  The ultimate goal for SAF is to provide needed goods such as clothing, bedding, toiletries, toys, books and other household items to more than 30 families in a calendar year.

    Our motto, “Giving: Pass it on”, reflects the global effect that our program embraces.
